Weebly...create your own website for FREE!!!

www.weebly.com is a website that allows you to create your own personalized webpage.  It is SUPER EASY to use.....most items are drag and drop.  It took me about 30 minutes to create a website for myself.  The only negative about weebly is it can be slow to load images/pages.

Students could create their own website using there name or a nickname.  They could use it to post links and pictures of projects they are working on in class.

To view the web page I created, click HERE!

Did you know you can make a screen recording of your lecture and write on the screen, even if not using powerpoint?!? First of all, you can use Quicktime to record your screen. Open quicktime and select, "record screen." This will open a small record button, hit record when ready. To write on the screen, I use Omnidazzle. Omnidazzle can be downloaded HERE. Omnidazzle is simply to use. Use the configuration window to make shortcuts for the pen and for clearing the screen (erase.) I use "option 1" for pen and "option c" for clear. Quicktime videos can then be imported into youtube. Very Slick!
